As you enter, you’re greeted by bright and airy living space, cozy furnishings, a large couch, a 65″ flat screen smart TV, and an arcade center with over 1,000 games. The dedicated desk and fast, free wifi is great if you need to do some work or support multiple devices while you’re here.

The three bedrooms, each with their own unique charm, a queen sized bed and Brooklinen sheets, offer a dreamy night’s sleep. There are two full bathrooms, stocked with comfortable towels and complimentary toiletries. The fourth bed is a Murphy bed in the open dining/living room. There’s also a pack and play available if you’re traveling with little ones. Pets are welcome, too!

When you stay at Stillwater Cabin, you have the whole space to yourself, so you can feel right at home. You will be given a key code to access the front door.

We will be available to answer questions and assist you during your entire stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us! Our priority is making our guests happy so feel free to reach out during your stay.

1. Guest badges
One badge is required for each guest staying at the property. Badges must be worn when using HOA amenities. Each guest must be registered ahead of time to receive a badge.
2. Registration
Guests with a check-in day of Tuesday through Thursday must be registered no later than noon the day prior to their arrival. Guests with a check-in day of Friday through Monday must be registered no later than noon Thursday (prior to their arrival). No same day bookings can be accommodated. Guests must provide first and last names of all people staying, and car make, model, license plate and driver information of all cars that will be on the property.
3. Hot Tub
Shower before entering the hot tub. Do not wear lotions or perfumes in the hot tub. Do not add anything to hot tub water. Any damage to the hot tub will incur a minimum $250 fee. Users must adhere to all posted rules in hot tub area and sign a waiver. No refunds will be issued if the hot tub is out of service.
4. There is a murphy bed in the dining room. When fully extended, the front door is slightly obscured.
5. The listing is not appropriate for those highly sensitive to road noise.
6. The fireplace is not available for use.
7. Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
