HOUSE RULES:
-Check in after 4:00 pm
-Check out before 11:00 am

– Only registered guests are allowed inside and outside unless you receive permission. We limit the amount of people to 10 total

-Airbnb has strict guidelines of no parties. If this rule is broken, you may be asked to leave the premises with no refund.

-No smoking (including vaping) or lit candles on the property. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in a fine of $500 and the cost to remediate the smell.

-Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is enforced to ensure neighbors enjoy their homes without disturbance.

-When leaving the house please make sure doors are locked.

-You cannot use this property for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

* The owner shall not be liable and will be held harmless for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest’s family, guests, invitees, or their respective property while staying at the rented property.

* We require a guest list for each confirmed booking.

* This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.

* Rental Property Agreements must be signed with a valid government-issued I.D after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

* Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Do NOT remove the pool vacuum cleaner from the pool or tamper with any pool equipment (pump, heater, etc.) – you will be charged for any equipment damage or re-calibration.

*Trash: Our neighbors roll our waste bins out for Trash Day on Tuesday and will return them on Wednesday.
