You’ll also have full access to the resort’s community amenities such as the pools, rejuvenating spas, playground, and gym. Our charming residence is situated in the enchanting Encantada community, offering a secure and picturesque setting within a gated community. Immerse yourself in the luxurious resort-style atmosphere of this delightful location.

Discover the surrounding neighborhood at your leisure, whether it be a leisurely stroll or a convenient drive. Take advantage of the complimentary parking right in front of our home or at the clubhouse, where you can indulge in a variety of fantastic amenities.

Our house rules prohibit parties and smoking. Only pre-registered dogs are allowed, and there is a pet fee. Please inquire about it in advance if you plan to bring your dogs (maximum of 2). We cannot accept any other pets, including cats, birds, and hamsters. As a courtesy, our home is stocked with a basic starter pack of toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. If you are staying more than a few days, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

You’ll have access to the entire home, including the patio and hot tub, except for the owner’s closet. Additionally, you’ll have access to the community pools, spas, playground, and gym.
