Dr. Rachel Gainsbrugh and Ruben Kanya are local midterm rental experts and providers who want to serve a larger problem after realizing the lack of supply available to relocation specialists and temporary housing providers for temporary housing.

Together they embarked on a mission to create a network of homeowners to provide inventory to help relocation specialists and insurance companies find suitable homes for their clients with homeowners who understand their need and struggle to find pet-friendly, fully furnished homes with flexible terms for possible extensions when needed.

Together they wanted to solve two challenges at once for both relocation specialists and homeowners.

For relocation specialists, it’s finding a fully furnished, pet-friendly, fully stocked kitchen home with flexible terms in a timely matter. And for homeowners, it’s to increase their occupancy and profitability in their furnished accommodation.

Together they both bring expertise and deep rooted connections in their real estate communities. Rachel and Ruben both have educational platforms that they heavily dedicate their time to in helping homeowners get educated on the need and demand that this marketplace needs in being able to help displaced families.
