***DEDICATED WORKSPACE + HIGH-SPEED WIFI: For those who need to stay connected, our workspace offers the perfect blend of functionality and speed. Located in the living room, it features a desk, chair, and an additional monitor for dual-screen work. A keyboard and mouse are also provided for your convenience.

***GOURMET KITCHEN: A chef’s dream, our kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking essentials you will need.
(A 1st aid kit and fire extinguisher are present under the sink.)

***DINING AREA: Comfortable seating for 8. No need to be cramped as you enjoy your meals or have folks having to eat elsewhere. We have eating and drinking utensils for little ones, as well as a highchair and booster seat.

***3 BEDROOMS:
-2 Queen Bedrooms: Immerse yourself in luxury with our two bedrooms, where high-end linens and plush decor guarantee a dreamy night’s sleep after a day of adventure.
Each bed is flanked by two nightstands, providing ample space for personal items like phones and accessories. Our nightstand lamps also feature convenient USB charging ports.
-Enjoy quality time with others in the third bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Vintage video game console featuring over 40 classic games like PAC-MAN and DONKEY KONG is also present within the room.
-Plenty of closet space with hangers and drawer space in each room so there is no need to be living out of suitcases!
-Each bedroom has a 55 inch Smart TV.

***2 BATHROOMS: Modern and fully equipped.
-Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
-Bath/body towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. These towels are not to be taken out of the home. Beach/pool towels are provided.
-Hair blow dryers are also in each of the 2 bathrooms.
-There will be 1-2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to start you off.

***LAUNDRY ROOM: Brand-new stainless-steel washer and dryer are through the kitchen. -Laundry detergent (starter amt), dryer sheets (starter amt) and laundry baskets are available for use.

***CENTRAL HEATING & AC: Stay warm or cool, however you prefer, and comfortable throughout your stay.

• Basic Supplies: We provide starter supplies of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry items. These are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay, but you may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
