One bedroom is located on the first floor while the other three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor.

The three full bathrooms are perfect for freshening up after a day outside. There is one bathroom located on the main floor and two bathrooms are located upstairs, one of which is ensuite to the primary bedroom. Each bathroom is equipped with premium Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a hairdryer so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home, including high-speed wifi, the HDTV with premium cable, the patio, and a full kitchen. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles, and additional street parking is available in front of the house.

The neighborhood is transitional with a lovely public greenway within walking distance. There are areas without sidewalks on your walk to the greenway, just keep this in mind if you choose to walk. There is public parking available at the greenway should you choose to drive instead. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

There are two dedicated parking spots on the side of the house. Any other cars can be parked on the curb in the front of the house. Uber and Lift are available for anyone who doesn’t want to drive around Athens. Downtown and Sanford Stadium are about 1.5 miles away should you choose to walk or bike. Please note that there are areas without sidewalks and a few transitional neighborhoods on the route. There is a nearby public transit stop, you can look up routes on the Acc.gov website.
